Joy FM’s DJ Black has been crowned Best DJ of the Year at the 2016 edition of the Ghana DJ Awards.
 DJ Black, known in private life as Kwadwo Ampofo defended his title for the third time after he beat competition from Mr Kaxtro, DJ Mensah, DJ Vyrusky, DJ Mic Smith, DJ Andy Dosty and DJ Collins. He also won the Best Male Radio DJ of the Year.
